Srijit  Mukherjee’s  films  are  mostly  released  during  the  pujas.  This  puja his  offering  is  Mishawr   Rawhoshyo ,  the  story of  the flim  by  Sunil  Gangopadhyay.   Srijit  has  brought  the  character  of  the  apoplexy  adventurer   ,  Kakababu   character  played  by  none  other   than  our  Prasenjit .  Srijt  has  decided  to  make  films  on  the  Kakababu  series  as  well .   In  this  film,  Kakababu   goes  to  Egypt  with his  nephew  cum  guide  Santu  at  the   request  of  Al  Mamun  to   decipher  hieroglyphic   symbols   which  his  teacher   has  drawn  who  is   seriously  ill.  Perhaps  the  symbols  can  give  evidence  about  his  teacher  will  and  help  to  locate  property  which  he  had  got   as   a   guide   for  foreign Tourists.  However  Kakababu  thinks  otherwise and  thinks  they  have  a  different  meaning .  He  also  gets  caught  in  the  gang  war  that  follows  between    Mamun   and  Hani  Alkadi    and  he  even  ‘ Kidnaps’  Kakababu  to  settle  score  as  he  thinks  the   treasures  should  belong  to  him.

However  the  concluation  is  interesting  and  just  watch  the  film  to  find  out  who  the  real  villain  is! Hani  Alkadi   is  a   very  interesting  character.  He  is one  of  the  gangs leader,  knows  17  languages(  yes ,  he  even  speaks  Bengali)  and  is  a  master  of   artifice.  Indraneil Sengupta  with  his  make   up  and  his  toned  body  (in  one  scene  he  even  appears  as   a  Greek  god    if  one    may  say)  is   quite  good  and  so  is  his  rival  Rajit  Kapur   who   playes  Al  Mamum.  These  characters  are  very  assuring  just  like  Prasenjit  who  Plaues  Kakababu  well  though  as  times  his  pace  at  his  seems  to  be  a  little  hurtied  and  a  little  out  of  place .  Acting, camera and the brilliant mis-en-scene with the desert setting is just too perfect and sets the pace of the narrative and never for once will let you relax. The music and background score is bound to stick to you even after you step out of the theatres. Actors Prosenjit Chatterjee, Indraneil Sengupta and Rajit Kapoor are just brilliant.
Srijit Mukherji's Mishwar Rahashya attracted both the young and the adult filled with adventure, drama, suspense and humour Mishwar Rahashya is a must watch.
